Delete your Dermivoro - Skin AI Guide data

Dermivoro - Skin AI Guide keeps your photos, notes and journal on your own device. Use this page to remove what our server holds about your installation, without opening the app.

You can find the code in the app under Settings, in the privacy section.

What is deleted

• Your installation record and its signing key.
• The purchase verification reference linked to it.
• Your anonymous sign-in account.
• The text of content reports you sent; only anonymous counts remain.

What we never stored

Photos, notes, voice recordings, transcripts and questions are sent for a single request and are not kept on our server.

What is kept, and for how long

Usage counters are kept for up to 35 days as salted hashes, and a hashed deletion marker remains so a deleted installation cannot be recreated. Neither contains anything you wrote.

Subscriptions

Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription. Manage it in the App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
